Quality Policy

HPEIROS S.A. has chosen a clearly defined Quality Policy as a means for its continuous development. Through this Policy, the company expresses its commitment to provide customers with safe services that meet their requirements and the applicable legislation.

In order to achieve the above objective, HPEIROS S.A. has designed, developed and implemented, at all stages of its operational processes, a Quality Management System, based on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The basic quality policy, on the basis of which all actions are planned at HPEIROS S.A., is summarized in the following:

  • Achieve and maintain the quality and safety of its services at the level promised to customers, using the best available technology and expertise for the financial capabilities of the department,
  • Provide services with integrity, impartiality and reliability,
  • To provide services to all interested parties without discrimination, with responsibility, integrity and reliability from the staff.
  • To keep its customers informed and plan for quality improvements based on feedback from them.
  • To ensure continuous and thorough training and education of all its staff, so that they acquire quality awareness and expertise in their work.
  • To make continuous efforts to reduce customer complaints and non-compliant services.
  • To have the financial and human resources that guarantee the support of the processes related to the safety of the services offered and the achievement of continuous improvement of Quality.
