The Act «Subsidy to the OPD ANAPTYΞIAKI IPEIROU S.A. - Development Joint Stock Company of Local Authorities, for the implementation of preparatory actions and operational and coordination costs» (MIS 5010507), consists in the operation of the Local Action Group for Fisheries «HPEIROS S.A.», whose objective is the implementation of an integrated Local Development Strategy in the Municipalities of Igoumenitsa and Filiates of the Prefecture of Thesprotia through the implementation of local CLLD/LEADER programmes of the EPALTH, which aim to:
- Promote economic development, social inclusion, job creation and support for labour mobility in coastal and inland communities dependent on fisheries and aquaculture; and
- Diversification of activities within fisheries and other sectors of the maritime economy.
The Action will be completed with 2 Subprojects, which will be implemented with own resources. Specifically:
Sub-project 1: «Grant to the OTA ANAPTYXIAKIAKI IPEIROU S.A. - Development Company of Local Authorities for the implementation of preparatory actions» (budget 14.632,00€), which includes the shared costs in the ERDF fund incurred during the preparation of the Local Strategy and specifically from the date of approval of the Partnership Agreement / NSRF 2014-2020 (29/10/2014) until the date of submission of the Envelope B (16/09/2016). This includes the coverage of costs for the information and consultation activities of the local community as well as the operational costs of the LTO for this period related exclusively to the preparation of the Local Strategy.
Sub-project 2: «Subsidy to the OTA ANAPTYXIAKI IPEIROU S.A. - Development Company of Local Authorities for operating and coordination costs» (budget 375.000,00€), which includes the costs for the full support of the OTA's operation in the framework of the implementation of the local development programme and specifically from the day following the submission of the Envelope B (17/09/2016) until the end of the financial scope of the Programme (31/12/2023). This includes the coverage of staff costs, operating costs, fixed and other equipment, travel, transport, organisation of events, services, publication of brochures, etc.
